New Equipment
We have just added 2 new pieces of equipment that will support the work we do around the split seasoned logs we provide for our customers. The 7 ton horizontal log splitter was very kindly purchased by Naturen Ltd Jamie Uren’s Company and the Circular Saw was purchased from our own income generation.

Art at the Farm
As you make your way down from our car park through the pergola you are greeted by our new mosaic sign which has brightened up the access. This was created by the people who come to the farm with the help and support from Fiona and Wendy the arty girls from Lifelong & Family Learning Service.

New Decking Area
We have now created a new deck area which will give us additional outdoor seating during the good weather.
This deck area was built by the team that transferred over to us from the Star Design Project so we owe them a big thank you! well done guys.
We now need to raise the funds so as we can purchase the seating and tables which would complete the project.

Beekeeping at the Farm
So far it’s been a good year for honey yields considering how many swarms were about early on in the season, in fact I will be collecting a swarm this evening in Ellesmere Port
Some of our bees have made the trip down the B roads to Llandegela Moors to forage on the heather so all being well we should have a supply of pure heather honey.
